Living the good life

Encouraging small scale food production is a laudable mission statement for a small organisation based in rural County Galway. Poultry keeping, fruit and vegetable growing, and even building and cooking with clay ovens are all on the Kinvara Sustainable Living menu. Anna Jeffrey Gibson and Lynn O’Keeffe-Lascar have added a new series of one day courses to their popular evening classes.
